- You may return any eligible product you have ordered from GroopDealz within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page.
- Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain our deep discounts, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.
- Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product.
- If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. For orders that have not been received, you must contact us no later than 14 business days after the expected ship date in order for us to process a claim and assist you in resending the product.
- The GroopDealz Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request.
Note: We will provide special return instructions for furniture and other items shipped via a delivery service.
- We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received.

- In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to Email Us with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You must Email Us if any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please Email Us so that we can assist you.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of GroopDealz.
